So… I’ve lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. For some people, it’s not much at all. But for me… it’s not bad :p . Since it’s hard for me to lose weight. kekeke…

How I’ve lost it is another story. Mmm… let’s say, I only sleep for 3 hours a day lately (I mean, really 3 hours a day. I rarely taking nap). And with my work—my work hours can reach 9-10 hours a day, 60 km on the road with motorbike (I even can reach 90 km in some route)—and not feeling like to eat lately, no wonder I’ve lost it. :3

It’s weird for me, actually. I didn’t get this insomnia back for some years. I usually slept at 10, woke up at 5. Routine. Everyday.

But now, I can’t close my eyes until needle at clock reaches 12.30 or 01.00 am. Sometimes, I can sleep earlier, but I wake up 3-4 times in one night. Not to mention about the nightmares. They are just awful! >.<

Why can’t I sleep? What do I think about?

‘Why is this so hard?’

‘Why is this impossible?’

‘Why there are so many differences between us?’

‘How do you really feel about me?’

and the biggest question is… ‘What should I do?’

Therefore, I can’t sleep. Therefore, I don’t feel like eating and keep sighing all the time. Sigh…. (see? I’m sighing again now :p)

Well, since my habit is always look bright side of every problem, I will just consider that you are good for my diet plan :P
